Park Avenue Pets Return and Refund Policy
At Park Avenue Pets, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items should be in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as clearance items and perishable goods (like treats), are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
2. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at contact@petsparkavenue.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please mention that in your return request.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@petsparkavenue.com with photos of the item and your order details for a prompt resolution.
